Four service types, each designed for a different entry point into the work of eating more deliberately. Whether beginning from scratch or seeking recalibration, the programme is built around the individual's actual week.
A ninety-minute first session. The session covers current eating patterns, a retrospective review of a recent seven-day eating window, an overview of movement and activity routines, and a structured account of seasonal food access and cooking habits. By the end of the session, a written baseline document is produced — a clear, honest starting point from which all subsequent guidance proceeds.
The baseline document includes: a macronutrient distribution estimate, a note on food variety and plant-based food ratio, an initial seasonal shopping list, and three specific adjustments to trial in the following week.
Book Intake SessionA four-session monthly package with a rolling structure. Each week begins with a review of the food diary from the preceding seven days — what was eaten, what was skipped, what changed from the plan, and why. The shopping list is revised. The eating pattern for the following week is discussed and noted.
A written session summary is issued after each meeting. Over the course of a month, four summaries accumulate into a clear record of progress, adjustment, and pattern. The rhythm of the programme itself tends to become part of the habit — the weekly review creates a structure that many individuals continue with long after the formal programme concludes.
Recommended duration: three months minimum. Available quarterly with one check-in session per month thereafter for those who have completed an initial programme.
Start Programme
A two-part consultation specifically calibrated for individuals with structured training schedules or demanding physical activity levels. The first session maps the training week: type of activity, session frequency, duration, and the body's energy demands across training days versus rest days.
The second session, one week later, reviews the food intake record against the activity map. The resulting eating framework aligns food choices with energy demands — timing of carbohydrate-rich foods relative to training, protein distribution across the day, and vegetable and fruit variety to support recovery and energy.
Output: a written activity-aligned eating framework with a seasonal food rotation, a training-week shopping list, and guidance on adjustments during competition or travel windows.
Book Active AlignmentA single-session seasonal check-in, offered four times per year as Bucharest's produce calendar shifts. Summer's abundance of tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers gives way to autumn's roots and stored legumes, then to winter's preserved, dried, and imported staples, and finally to spring's early greens and shoots.
Each seasonal session reviews the current pantry and shopping habits against what is actually available locally at that time of year. The eating framework is updated. The shopping list is revised. Transition habits — bridging from one season's staples to the next — are discussed and noted.
Available as a standalone session or as part of a continuing programme. Recommended as annual maintenance for those who have completed the Monthly Review programme.
Book Seasonal Review
A written record of what was discussed, decided, and documented in each session.
A seasonal, budget-aware shopping guide updated after each session based on availability in Bucharest.
A structured guide to the following week's food choices, meal composition, and plate balance.
All session documents are retained in a personal archive, available for reference throughout the programme duration.
The intake session lasts ninety minutes. Weekly review sessions run forty-five to sixty minutes. Sport alignment sessions are ninety minutes for the first part and sixty minutes for the follow-up. Seasonal check-ins are sixty minutes.
In-person sessions take place at the Strada Doamnei address in Bucharest. Remote consultations are available via video call for ongoing programme participants who prefer not to travel or are located outside central Bucharest. The intake session is recommended in person where possible.
A note of what you ate over the preceding three days is helpful — but not required. The intake session is designed to work from whatever information is available, including a verbal account of recent eating habits. There is no preparation test to pass. The session begins from where you actually are.
Yes. Managing body weight through sustainable food choices is one of the most common reasons adults seek nutritional guidance. The programme addresses this through building a varied, balanced diet with an appropriate ratio of vegetables, fruits, proteins, and whole foods — without short-term restriction approaches that tend not to endure. We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
